1. How can I track my package?
As soon as your package is shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Just click on DHL or EMS, you will be connected to their websites, where you can use the tracking code to track your package.
2. How do I estimate my delivery date?
All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing Time and Shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Important Tips: Orders containing both Made-To-Order items and other items are supposed to be delivered as a whole set, which means the total processing time or tailoring time will be the longest one, but expedited shipping will be the only delivery method to ensure you can get your orders ASAP.
the total processing time is 8-16 business days, the shipping time is 3-5 business days.
To ensure you receive the short processing time items on the date you want, please place an order with leaving remarks to tell us the occasion time and chose the expedite express to save more time or contact our customer service staff firstly.
3. How do I calculate shipping costs?
You don’t need. In order to leave out the concerns of the shipping fee for customers all over the world, we have calculated the shipping cost for you. You could see the shipping cost after add the item to shopping cart and there are two different shipping methods for options, standard and expedite which is faster than Standard one. For some special deals, it will not charge you a penny; you will see a label at the item FREE SHIPPING.
4. What shipping methods do you provide?
Our long-term strategic cooperative partner in logistic are TNT, FEDEX and DHL, who has a tremendous reputation in logistic industry and is part of the world’s leading logistic group, Deutsche Post DHL. So please do not worry about not getting your package or not getting your package on time. We also work together with EMS which is more convenient for some special destinations. That’s all we have for now, we will launch more methods for your convenience.
5. What countries or regions do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more. We cooperate with DHL, who has a tremendous reputation in logistic industry, to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. The specific countries / regions you can choose when you add the shipping address, or you can contact our customer service staff for more information.
6. Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that we will put the lower value than the actural product price,this may help the custom tax.
7. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOFPO military addresses?
Normally, we suggest you don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
8. Why was I asked for a CPF number? (Brazilian customers)
Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF”? Number on invoices and companies are required to include a “CNPJ”? NO.
Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct “CPF” or “CNPJ” number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.
